Ifop launches its proprietary app: IfopOnTheGo, a new tool for gathering information worldwide, to tap into the heart of the consumer experience.
At the genesis of this project was the observation that information gathering is sometimes slightly disconnected from the actual experience, whether in the context of a purchase, product or service usage. Information that is not captured on the spot can then be subject to a certain post-rationalization on the part of consumers.
IfopOnTheGo’s new proprietary application will remove this limitation and go a step further in understanding consumer experiences. Thanks to its anchorage in everyday life via the use of smartphones, and its intuitive nature, the app will enable consumers to be more implicated in the experience, and to capture their sensations, perceptions and emotions on the spot, in the very context of the experience, and at times when it was sometimes complex to capture them.
The app is a simplified point of contact with consumers. It’s an open channel between you and your customers.
- From you to the consumer: notifications will be sent out at key moments in the experience to engage the consumer on the spot. These contacts can be one-off occasions or follow a long-term experience.
- From the consumer to you: the consumer will be able to share all the information he or she feels is important at any step of the experience.
The smartphone also makes it easy to collect photo and video content. Secure access to the app per each study is guaranteed.
Worldwide coverage is now available (except China, currently under development).
This tool is compatible with IOS and Android environments. It can be integrated into any survey, whether qualitative, quantitative or hybrid, with respondents recruited from online panels, face-to-face, by telephone or via CRM databases.
